We had a grand Wednesday afternoon as Phil Treseder from Swansea Museum gave a wonderfully enlightening presentation of the infamous “Swansea blitz”. This significant event happened during the 2nd World War and affected Swansea greatly. Phil was able to dissect the events of those former dark days with skill and clarity, bringing some amazing detail and fascinating insights. After the presentation, everyone was full of topical conversation and we’re convinced that people will remember the day fondly.
