We have recently commissioned W and A Boggis Organ Builders to undertake further renovations to our pipe organ,
Some years ago, we installed a Midi organ, from Nottingham MIDI Organs and this forms the basis of the existing instrument to which the remaining part of the organ will be incorporated. This year we will link into the existing parts of the pipe organ that can be saved and those bits that are beyond repair will be replaced with digital elements making our organ a modern-day hybrid.
The completed instrument together with the newly purchased Yamaha grand piano will enhance the facilities at present enjoyed by the numerous choirs who have now made the Centre their home.
